What to include in your email
Clear information helps support investigate the problem more quickly.
The server name
Include the affected Discord server and server ID when the problem concerns server configuration.
The affected page
State whether the issue happened on verification, setup, channel access, dashboard or statistics.
What happened
Explain the action you took, what you expected and any error message that appeared.
When it happened
Give an approximate date and time so related logs can be located more easily.
A safe screenshot
Screenshots can help, but remove private emails, tokens, passwords and unrelated personal details.
Never send secret credentials
ModMarshal Support will never need your Discord password, bot token, OAuth client secret, backup codes, private API key or full session cookie. Do not include them in an email or screenshot.
Privacy and legal requests
Privacy requests can also be sent to support@modmarshal.com . Explain the request and identify the Discord account involved. ModMarshal may need to verify that the request comes from the correct person before acting on it.
