No. ModMarshal is an independent third-party service. It uses Discord's authorised login and API systems, but it is not Discord and is not endorsed by Discord.

No. Automatic alt-account, shared-IP or network-risk detection is not currently available.

Successful verification confirms control of a Discord account and membership of the selected server. It does not prove that an account is unique, trustworthy or connected to a person's real identity.

Click the permanent Verify button in your Discord server. You will be sent to the correct ModMarshal page, where you sign in with Discord and complete verification.

No. The current verification flow uses a permanent Discord button, so members do not need to remember or type a command.

Discord login allows ModMarshal to identify the Discord account completing verification and confirm whether that account belongs to the selected server.

No. Your password is entered only on Discord's own login page. ModMarshal should never ask you to send a password, bot token, backup code or other secret credential.

Common reasons include:

• The Discord account is not a member of the server.
• Discord could not confirm the account or server membership.
• The bot could not add the Verified role.
• The bot's role is below the role it needs to manage.
• The server setup is incomplete.

Try again once. If the problem remains, contact a moderator for that Discord server.

Yes. Authorised server administrators can review verification attempts and statistics. If the server has configured a Discord log channel, the result may also be posted there.

ModMarshal displays servers that you own or where your Discord account has Administrator or Manage Server permission.

Yes. The bot must be in the Discord server so it can post the verification panel, check the configured server and update member roles.

Yes. You can use existing Verified and Unverified roles or allow ModMarshal to create both roles during setup.

Complete the main server setup before changing channel access:

• Choose or create the roles.
• Select the verification channel.
• Select a log channel where required.
• Save the setup and confirm the verification panel appears.
• Configure Verified and Unverified channel visibility.

The website checks the signed-in Discord account's server permissions. Only owners or users with suitable management permission should be able to access a server's configuration pages.

Discord bots can manage only roles below their highest role. Move the ModMarshal bot role above the Verified and Unverified roles, then try again.

Also confirm that the bot still has the required role-management permissions.

ModMarshal adds the configured Verified role. If removal is enabled, it also attempts to remove the configured Unverified role.

Yes. The Channel access page lets you choose which channels Verified and Unverified members can view.

Channel permission changes should be reviewed carefully because Discord permissions can interact with other roles and category settings. Check the affected channels after saving and keep important staff or moderation permissions separate.

The page includes overall attempt totals, successful and failed attempts, success rate, today's activity, unique users, recent attempts, a recent activity chart and common failure reasons.

The signed-in Discord account must own the server or have Administrator or Manage Server permission.

The standard statistics page provides core activity information. ModMarshal Premium adds Advanced Statistics with 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and all-time views, trends, failure breakdowns and CSV export.

A configured log can include whether verification succeeded, the Discord account, user ID, server, role-update result and the attempt reference.

ModMarshal Premium is currently $2.99 USD per month for one Discord server. It is a recurring monthly subscription.

Premium is purchased through Discord's built-in Premium Apps checkout. ModMarshal does not use its own card checkout for new Premium subscriptions.

Premium is a Discord server subscription. The entitlement applies to the specific server selected during purchase, so Premium features are available to that server rather than following one user across every server.

Manage or cancel the subscription through Discord's subscription settings. Discord keeps the server entitled through the current paid period after cancellation, unless the entitlement ends sooner for a refund or another Discord billing action.

No. Discord handles the Premium checkout and recurring billing. ModMarshal only uses the Discord entitlement information needed to determine whether the selected server has Premium access.

Depending on how you use the service, ModMarshal may store Discord account details, OAuth connection information, server and role configuration, channel selections and verification-attempt records.

No. ModMarshal does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with providers needed to operate the service, such as Discord and hosting infrastructure.

No. Sponsored placements are added directly by ModMarshal and do not rely on third-party advertising-network scripts or advertising cookies.

Essential cookies or similar storage are still used where needed for login, security and website functionality.

Use the contact page and explain the request. ModMarshal may need to confirm your Discord account or identity before completing it.

Confirm that:

• You signed in with the correct Discord account.
• You own the server or have Administrator or Manage Server permission.
• Discord returned the server during login.

Logging out and reconnecting Discord can refresh the server list.

Check that the bot is still in the server, has access to the selected verification channel and can send messages there. Then reopen the server setup and save the configuration again.

Your Discord connection may have expired or become invalid. Use the reconnect button and authorise ModMarshal again.

Refresh once and try the action again. If it continues, note the page, server and action that caused it, then contact support. Never include passwords, Discord tokens or application secrets.
